Wanting help with yard work (Omaha)

We have a rental that has been neglected, now in the process of selling it. As I work inside the house, the yard needs work. I “can” do it, but if anyone is looking for work and a few extra bucks, I will hire it out.
Things that need done:
Mowing the yard, front isn’t tall, back isn’t either, but the alley way and back parking area hasn’t been mowed for awhile…maybe all year. Trash needs picked up(there is a dumpster) $60 for that.
Hauling away wood/pallets by a playhouse, should be one pickup full. Use it or dump, lavista dump days is going on so you could dump for free $20
If you want to do both, I have a truck, if you load it, I’ll get it to the dump.
